Hum Tum

It was their first date, they didn’t want anything very romantic it would have just made them more uncomfortable so they decided to meet at mac donalds, and then hang out at a mall. She reached there on time and was waiting at the bus stop for him, he came there in sometime, they went to MacDonald’s .

He offered to treat her and went to buy something to eat. He got the burger which got mayonnaise it in which she hated from the bottom of her heart. But still she gulped it down her throat.

They then had a really nice talk, he told her about his friends and shared some funny moments. It was really going very well. They then decided to take a walk it was 2 in the afternoon and the sun was just so unpleasant that day, but still they continued to walk and talk. They went to a neaby mall and just talked for what seemed like hours. “if my aaji ( grand mother ) would have been alive now, I would have told her that I have a girlfriend and she would have loved you”, this was the sweetest thing he said that day and she remembers it till this day.

It was time to leave it was already 4.30 now. They were so not ready to say goodbye. All they wanted was to wait and talk to eternity, so they decided to take a longg walk back home which trust me was really very long. So they set of their way back home from haji ali to dadar.

He dropped her home and went to meet his friends. By the time he reached there he was all tired and sweaty. “ what did you do with her? don’t tell me you did everything on the very first date”, his friend teased him.

Noo, we just walked from haji ali to dadar, he said.

His friends were amazed that he made a girl walk that long on the first date. They looked at eachother and laughed!

What is it?

What is it?

As I have told you that mom is out of town for a weak, I am solely in charge of the house. And I would like to tell you people that I am a growing from a girl to a women. Things like cleaning the dishes and keeping the house clean and everything which were annoying to me some years back is changing I am doing my dishes myself keeping the house as clean as I can. I have even tried cooking this time. So this is really a very nice phase I would say. And yes with all this going on I am also doing things that I love to do. Like I danced a lot today. And watched 2 movies back to back

1- The hoiday.

2- The ugly truth.

3- You’ve got mail.

Talking about the last movie. What is that one thing that tell you that this is the man of my dream or he/she is the one I would marry and have kids with?

When I met my man, I could not recognize him. we had met online. Sometimes I think, out of like zillion people on net, why did I send a friend request only to him? and not some other tom dick or harry? He is a shy guy, who never really used to talk to girls. Then why did he talk to me? There was something between us. We were from the same school and from the same college, and we got to know that after we started talking online, we even had a like zillion common friends but still we didn’t meet anytime before that day.

We had decided not to meet in real life ever. But then one of his friend invited me for dinner. and we met for the first time after knowing eachother online for 6months.

Even then I didn’t recognize that he was the one. He proposed me the next day which was completely shocking. I was not expecting anything like that from him and still when he proposed me I said yes, without even thinking twice and ever since we are together. Yeah we have like loads of ups and downs we fight like crazy I have like zillion problems with him but still I cant even imagine living without him. and so goes for him we cant think about breaking up atall.

Some people say there is nothing like destiny and you have to make your own destiny. I would disagree. I would say there is destiny and also that you have to make your own destiny. like you’ll always have two options for everything in life that you are destined to. Like for example, you will pass this year in your exams that is your destiny, but the options are if you want to study hard or just copy. ( I know this sounds filmy and unrealistic but for me this is the truth)

seriously i would love to know how you all define love? like how do you all think you'll get to know that his is the right person i was looking for?

Anything for You Baby!

Anything for you baby.

Few days back my boyfriend said “ I would love it if you cook Pavbhaji for me”, I was like okay! I so wanted to do that. but the thing was I have never cooked anything more than Maggie on my whole life. I have not even gone shopping for vegetables ever. But I had to do this for my baby.

My mom is out of town for a week and I thought this was the perfect time to experiment. I called him up and told him that he to come to my place on Saturday after his college.

So Saturday morning. I got up early; I was much exited about the cooking thing. I went out in the afternoon to buy all the necessary things. Came home chopped them finely and everything. Arranged candles all over the place to so that we will have dinner in candle light (which didn’t work out cause he said, I like to see what I eat so please keep the lights on L ) I hated this part. I wish he was a bit sensible to understand that candle light is soo romantic.

Neways, he said he loved the pavbhaji :D

It gave me a feeling as if I am his wife already, I cooked for him the whole day then he came from college all tired we ate together then slept on the bed and talked about the whole day about the past about the future everything.

Was so cute!

sachin tendulkar god of cricket... REALLY???

You may find abusive language in this post!

Yes okay so this post of mine, I know ill get many comments saying I am mad or like I have no knowledge about cricket and stuff. Well yes sorta that’s true I don’t really have a great knowledge about cricket and stuff… but still I can atleast see whoz playing good and whoz not.

So now, many people call mr.sachin tendulkar god! And I find no reason to call him that. Okay now you’ll say he played cricket like no other in past he got a brilliant record and stuff..well isn’t cricket a team play and not a one man show? Most of the matches sachin plays its for his own record and not for the team. Take for instance yesterday’s match 175 runs wow. And last 20 runs remaining cant he just make 20 more runs and finish off his part well? He gave a good for nothing catch. Was that even a shot?

Yeah I agree he played like a hero in past. But what bout now? I guess something like a year back of something he gave reasons that he cant play because of his tennis elbow or something. Well if you are so not able to play cause of medical reasons then retire yourself now. You played enough. Half the time he get out within 10runs if It would have been someone else in his place atleast he would have made 20runs? Atleast some contribution. Sachin sucks in many matches and plays good In one match and in that also just for his own record and not for the team. Then people say his luck was bad, well he is god na how can god’s luck be bad?

He played brilliantly in past, well fine good for him. but why is he now ruining the play? Let someone else try his luck. He might be next sachin tendulkar.

I might write more on this..gotta rush now.. cya!

Me aur meri maggie!

it was after school me and my boyfriend decided to spend the day at my place watching movies one after the other as my mother was out of town for a month. after the tiring school and french classes later we came back home around 2 pm. starving to eat something. just then i made a streaming hot bowl of maggie and we ate it together from the same bowl. made us sortof close. and it was fun watching movies reclining on bed and eating maggie. maggie used to save us from starving back in school days.

and now 3 years later, its still the same. whenever mom's not home and i have to eat something its always maggie.

Maggie has touched many people’s life. I have kids in my neighborhood who come back home from school and have a bowl of Maggie. We sometimes even have a Maggie get- together when all the kids in the society gather at my place and we enjoy our Maggie.

So thankyou to whosoever who created Maggie! You have saved us a lot of time from starving.

P.S – if you are thinking why I am suddenly falling in love with Maggie, well then it is because I was starving a hour back and Maggie saved me again :P

this and that! again :P

Hello people. I just finshed reading 2 states by chetan bhagat. Well it was chetan bhagat’s book of its obvious that I would love it. It made me think that even I should write a story about my love life. But the thing is I dunno how should I write a love story??? I am stuckkk so help needed! I don’t even know how should I start it.

The book was about 2 people a boy and a girl who are in love and wants to get married but the problem is that the girl is tamil and the boy is Punjabi, nice book all together. And a really nice topic to debate about like inter caste marriages should be taken lightly or no… well if you ask me it kinda freaks me out. so I think I should not comment on anything here :P

Day before yesterday had gone to virar with a couple of friends. As usual the Mumbai trains were jam packed but we managed to stand near the door. That made me think what will happen of this city if these trains were not there. I sometimes find them really cute like they are cute little animated robots which can actually feel and understand the need of a local man/women who is trying hard to reach his/her office in time and that’s why our trains are running all fast fast to make them reach at their destination. I love watching the train pass below the bridge while crossing the bridge to go from one platform to another.

And yes, I tried to smoke the other day. Well it was ok ok.. just worried I don’t get into habit. It was first cigarette in my life. And with all my friends smoking around me I had this huge urge to try :P

this and that~

Happy diwali!!!!

I know its late but still “better late than never” so happy diwaliiii people!. Its been a hectic week. With all the shopping and diwali preparations and visiting relatives.

Its fun as well as tiring all the same.

You know what, this year I made all diwali’s “faral” so it was damn fun!

And again I wore sari and got loads of compliments. Shopping was fun as well.

Today I went to mom’s friend’s place and I was pissed with everyone asking me “ do you have a bf?”, then I mom’s friend’s daughter gave me lots of rules as in what type of a guy to get, they are as follows,

1 – no smoking

2 – no drinking

3 – should not be a flirt

4 – and should own his own house while getting married. She says, that our mom’s have already given us good houses to live in then why should we degrade ourselves and not stay in a good house?

5 – should be settled while getting married and not be a stuggler nothing like” we both will work hard and struggle and make our living” he should be stable enough to support his family.

Well I dunno how much of this is right or wrong.well that’s for you people to decide. I would really like to know what you people think on this.

And now I gotta go.. rangoli time.. so happy diwali again everyone

Have fun and safe diwali!

Love you all…….

Rains rains rains….

Its pouring here in Mumbai and also in many other places in India. Well, yes now you’ll say its good its raining we need it we need water. But why is it raining in October? Its not the time when it should rain. And it’s not like normal rain it’s raining cats and dogs. Flooding everything stopping transportation and creating many other problems.

Well, when it happened a few years back we blamed the government for poor drainage system and what not. But I guess its not about government anymore its us. We hear about global warming every now and then. but no one pays heed to it. We are happy with the way we are. Why to think about what will happen 100 years later?

But then what about the human who will be there on earth that time? Why should they suffer because of our ignorance? I understand its really difficult to live without electricity and everything. And its also very difficult to lead a comfortable life if we sit in dark or without fan and AC and that’s not all.. our life is very much dependent on other house hold appliances which leads to global warming. If we cant stop it then try to find an alternative.

Like if you don’t need AC much then start he fan. And if you are in the hall then switch off bedrooms light. Or turn off the TV from the main switch or remove the mobile charger from the socket when not charging the cell phone. And most of all.. plant trees! Stop using plastic bags.

I know all these things I mentioned might sound childish and something that we all know of. But are we really paying any head to it? During summer we are sick of the heat and during monsoon it rains as if it will drown the whole world. We all know what we are about to face in a couple of years and still not doing anything about it.

Its time people. Its really the time that we should stop sitting back home not caring about the future and thinking that someone else might be doing it. It has to be us now.

Just start by avoiding plastic bags and planting trees or planting small plants in your surrounding and using as much less electricity as possible.

safe sex

India, Sept. 25 -- From desktop applications to "condom parties" - condoms have gone from the most embarassing six letter word to possibly the coolest word in town.

It started when a condom brand launched www.sendsomerubber.

com, a site that lets you send an application to friends which ensures that, whenever your friend chats about sex online or types out "sexy" words such as '69' or 'horny', a condom drops onto the screen with a message to promote safe sex. Peter McCann of Ansell Ltd, who is associated with the project, explains, "Sendsomerubber is an initiative to bring forth a message of safe sex.

" With 66,648 online rubbers already sent, the application seems to be a hit. On Facebook, an application named 'Send Your Friend A Condom' has over 30,000 users.

That's not all. Recently, a 'Cocktails and Kondoms' party was held at a popular nightspot in Delhi, with an aim to create awareness for safe sex among partygoers.

And, actor Ronit Roy, launched 'LOVE Condom', a campaign to promote AIDS awareness, in the Capital a few months ago. He said this generation is open about talking about sex and protection, "I've seen people go to chemists and ask for condoms in a hushed tone, but this generation is different".

Kaminey's Fatak song, which had actor Shahid Kapoor dressed up as a giant condom, has also been hailed for its message of safe sex.
